at the MD&M West show

In booth 2330 at the MD&M show in February 2012, American Kuhne will feature a running micro-extrusion line including: 

 o 13 mm (1/2”) modular extruder with pressure control and servo drive 

 o AKcess Level II control system that incorporates 3D graphics and includes mobile access via iPad 

 oThe AKcess and Zumbach touchscreens mounted side by side in back of the water tank with the ability 

to easily and precisely adjust the tilt, swivel and rotation of each screen 

 o Recently developed AK 914mm (3-ft) precision water bath with electro polished finish, rounded corners for easy wipe down and VacuWipe 

(no dirt on tubing from compressed air) 

 o Conair Medline puller/cutter 

 o B&H Tool BH25 MicroCrosshead with spiral deflector 

 o Zumbach OD and WALL measurement system
